As a Sint Olofskapel Wedding Photographer I want you to meet the newlyweds Sylvia and Alex!
Here’s three things I loved about their wedding day:
1) The venue: First, any time I get to go to Europe is a win for me. Sylvia and Alex got married at this old chapel, full of exposed brick and high ceilings. It reminded me of everything I love about visiting Amsterdam and gave me all the giddy wedding feels. It was right in the middle of the city which gave us some amazing photo backdrops. A perfect venue for a wedding.
2) The couch: How cool is their ceremony space? Myrthe killed it with the styling! The different textures (hellloooo velvet couch), the string lights, the geometric chairs – I loved it all.
3) The band: It’s been a while since I attended a wedding with a live band, and I have to say, it was a nice addition to the reception! They immediately got the party started at the cocktail hour by serenading Sylvia and Alex (you know I love a good serenade) and continued to get the crowd excited till the very last song. What a party!
Congrats Sylvia and Alex – I can’t wait to see where life takes you two!
